2. Are the cooking bases prepared fresh?
Yes. All bases are prepared fresh on Sunday morning. No overnight storage, no freezing, and no pre-marinated stock.
3. What exactly is included in the base?
Each base contains chef-balanced spices, ginger-garlic, herbs and measured ingredients required for authentic flavor. You only need to add fresh meat or vegetables.
4. What dishes go well with this salan?
Our bases are designed for Dum Biryani (Chicken, Mutton, Veg, Paneer, Kaju), Tikka, and Tandoori-style dishes.

5. When can I place my order?
Bookings open Thursday to Saturday for Sunday fresh batch preparation. We prepare only based on confirmed pre-orders.
6. Can I order on Sunday morning?
No. Same-day orders are not accepted because we cook based on pre-booked quantities.
7. How do I book?
Select your cooking base on our website, complete payment, confirm via WhatsApp, and pick up from your chosen chicken centre.
8. Do I need an app or login?
No app required. Everything works directly through WhatsApp.

9. Do you deliver to home?
Currently pickup-only through partner chicken centres. We do not provide home delivery.
10. Where do I collect my order?
You will pick up from the chicken centre you selected while booking.
11. What is the pickup timing?
Pickup window is between 8 AM and 11 AM on Sunday.
12. What happens if I come late?
Pickup must be within 8 AM – 11 AM Sunday. Freshness guarantee applies within this window.

Yes. Bases are prepared by verified local caterers using hygienic kitchen practices and sealed packing.
14. Is it hot when I collect?
Bases are freshly prepared early Sunday morning and delivered immediately to pickup centres.
15. Do you use cold storage?
No cold storage. Zimky follows a strict same-day fresh preparation model.

Order is confirmed only after payment and WhatsApp verification. Your WhatsApp message acts as confirmation record.
17. Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes are possible only before Saturday booking close time.
18. Do I need to pay online?
Yes. Online payment is required to secure your Sunday fresh batch slot.
